Shadow Teacher
One-on-one classroom support for a child who needs extra guidance to integrate and learn with confidence.
What Is a Shadow Teacher?
A shadow teacher is a trained specialist who accompanies a child inside their own classroom, helping with academic follow-through and social and behavioral integration, in direct coordination with the child's school and family. The goal isn't to set the child apart — it's to enable full participation in their natural classroom environment.
Who Is This Service For?

- Children on a social or behavioral integration journey who need close support
- Children with a diagnosis requiring an Individual Education Plan (IEP), coordinated with the school
- Children going through a transition (a new school, a new grade) who need temporary support
